Andrew has been president of the QAMFT since the beginning 2006. He works with couples and families at his private practice at the Belmont Centre. He co-founded the Belmont Centre in 2004 after spending many years working in hospitals, residential programs and private practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Patrick De Bortoli is a new addition to the executive board of the QAMFT, as of September 2007. He obtained is M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University, New York and now practices individual, couple and family therapy in two agencies: Jewish Family Services, in Montreal and Service populaire de psychothérapie in Laval. Trained as an Emotionally Focused therapist, as well, he specializes in couple issues. Patrick is also member of the OPTSQ and has his own private practice in Verdun.
